Accordial Group Announces Rebranding of Group Companies
Accordial Group Holdings the UK’s largest manufacturer and supplier of acoustic movable walls has announced the rebranding of its Group companies.
Alco Wall Systems and Brockhouse Modernfold, the acoustic movable wall divisions will rebrand to form Accordial Wall Systems Ltd from the 1st January 2013.
The newly rebranded company will bring the resources of both companies together offering customers full nationwide sales and contracting services with regional offices across the country, creating Accordial Scotland, Accordial Northern, Accordial Midlands, and Accordial Southern and with the Head Office at Accordial House in Watford.
The Group will also create two further new divisions called Accordial Acoustic Solutions whose main focus will be the new SoundFlex range of high quality acoustic absorption panels manufactured at their Loughborough factory and Accordial Direct which will focus on the Groups distributors, export and fit-out markets.
A new web portal is in production which will showcase the Group branding and will also have the latest technology for fast searching throughout the website

BPP Goes Pole Dancing with Multimedia

BPP is Europe’s largest specialist professional and academic education, training and publishing provider. BPP refurbished its Birmingham premises in December 2012 and Accordial were proud to be involved in the design and installation of products for this facility.
Working closely with the client, Accordial were specified to design, manufacture and supply two multimedia display panels each fitted with three high definition television screens.

“From Tennis to Swimming”- The Pool House, Winchester

When it was decided that the existing tennis court could be better utilised as an enclosed swimming area Adam Knibb Architects designed a truly sustainable structure to blend in with properties surrounding woodland.
The Pool House is constructed with a timber structure. Natural oak cladding and a sedum roof help the building to blend further into the environment.

Accordial Manufacturing Speak Out On Acoustic Certification

Martin Sarsfield of Accordial Manufacturing the manufacturing arm of Alco Wall Systems Ltd has constructed a open letter talking about the acoustic test results of their acoustic movable walls.
As the largest manufacturer in the UK, Accordial Manufacturing is going to great lenghths to have British Test Certificates on a range of its walls to conform with BS EN ISO 140 Part3.
