La Bodega Captures the Sunlight With New Conservatory
Posted on 20th May 2009
La Bodega in Hart Street, Henley- on-Thames was looking to extend into the attractive rear of the premises. Before constructing a traditional brick built structure, Alco Walls was asked to look into a way of joining all the aspects to obtain an open structure.
The result was a bespoke steel framed conservatory specially designed to accommodate air conditioning units and lighting to ensure maximum comfort for their patrons. To compliment the building, “Bioclean” self cleaning glass was used on the roof area combined with “Cool-Lite” tinted glass, thus aiding in the maintenance of the structure over time. The combination gives an attractive appearance and reduced glare, whilst letting in plenty natural daylight.
