Pendle Vale was the first part of the Lancashire BSF project constructed by Bovis Lend
Lease working with Capita Symonds the architects.
A total of twelve NW 100 acoustic movable walls were installed by Alco Walls dividing
classrooms and the Drama/Dance with the Internal Social Area on three levels of the
College, all designed to the BB93 Acoustic Performance 45 DnTw, and the level of flexibility as detailed by CABE recommendations for building schools.
