Glas Marte

Even in the early 80's architects asked us for light, wind and weatherproof balcony glazing. After closely studying the market, we could not find a suitable balcony glazing system apart from the existing heavily framed sliding systems.

This fact moved Glas Marte to develop the GM LIGHTROLL® systems (sliding glazing). The first lower running, sliding glazing system for exterior application that could inset single-panel safety glass without the use of an all-sided frame. The lightness of the Glas Marte sliding systems influenced the architecture of the entire region.
