GM Toproll 10/14

Enclosing the open balcony of an apartment can bring many benefits and increased desirability to a client or potential purchaser on a number of levels. It can provide usable space and an extension to the living area throughout the year.

The Toproll 10/14 is a frameless sliding system with upper-hanging complete glass sliding elements. The sliding glass can run on 2, 3 or 4 tracks and can slide both right and left. This gives the opportunity to have up to 75% of the unit open. It is possible to have a glass thickness of between 10 to 13.5mm of glass, and a maximum sliding weight of 100kg.
